Lyon you were amazing! Just came back from two days of judging beer for Concours de Lyon. Had five very interesting categories to judge and worked hard to get all beers a fair evaluation.

Brussels Spring Beer Tasting
Brussels in the sun, there is nothing like it! Good vibes and good local craft beers in abundancy.
During this Spring Beer Tasting you’ll taste four thirst quenching beers. Each one of them perfect to enjoy on a sunny terrace. Discover your new favourite local beers, chosen carefully and introduced by beer sommelier Carien. As always at Hoppiness Brussels, you will get a tasty fingerfood pairing with the beers and hear more about beer, breweries and local beer events and culture.
Let’s get some sun and fun in our beer glass!

In the night of March 29 the clocks go forward once again. It hails the start of long summer nights with refreshing summer beers.
To celebrate the end of winter Hoppiness Brussels hosts a dark beer tasting full of tasty, dark ales and cozy winter vibes. If possible, we’ll try to do it by candle light!
We’ll taste four totally different dark beers, as local as possible, and enjoy some tasty finger food with them. We hear more about the beers and their breweries and end the tasting with a strong, delicious dessert beer.
The tasting ends around 10 pm, but it will feel like 11 pm…

Let’s celebrate the achievements of women working in beer with this special beer tasting, hosted by local beer sommelier Carien.
You’ll get tasters of four different beers, all made by women. With these beer tastings you’ll get some tasty paired fingerfood (like cheese/chocolate etc.)
During the beer tasting Carien will tell you all about the beers and their brewsters, dished up together with loads of interesting facts about women in beer throughout history.

Trappist beer tasting
Belgium has the most Trappist Beers in the world: five different trappist brands that are still producing their beers on the grounds of the abbey and each have their own unique story.
During this tasting we taste ales from all five of them, learn more about their stories, compare some of their beers and enjoy some trappist cheeses.
